can you make code come alive?

Who we are We build dark factories: fully autonomous, zero-defect production systems for electronics & semiconductor manufacturing. Based in Hyderabad, obsessed with tolerances, not corporate fluff.
The gig A hosted, multi-user web app where every BBF machine gets built — spec sheet to shop floor. One TypeScript monorepo: React front end, Node services, a relational data layer, and live telemetry off real machines over industrial protocols. Half interface, half infrastructure, and you'd work both halves.
What you’ll do Ship across the stack — React screens, Node services, schema underneath · the data plane: protocol adapters, subscription & aggregation APIs, history · schema that outlives the code — migrations, versioning, safe change on a live fleet · APIs scoped & paginated by construction, aggregated server-side, never "select *" · node editors, canvases, live dashboards, config surfaces · written architectural contracts, change requests raised not hacked around · AI tools on scoped work, output reviewed like it's hostile · code review, tests, standards
Must haves Bachelor's/ Master's in CS or Engineering · TypeScript you can defend in review · React in production, not tutorials — state & components · Node.js — REST APIs, request handling, service structure · SQL — schema, queries, indexing, migrations · real-time in the browser (WebSockets, SSE) · layered architecture, layers apart · git, review & tests on autopilot · reads a spec, spots the hole, speaks up
Nice to haves You've spoken OPC UA, MQTT or Modbus to a real machine · third-party device SDKs · time-series data or a historian · PostgreSQL where it hurt — tuning, multi-tenant · auth, authz & secrets done right · monorepo life (pnpm, Turborepo) · canvas or drag-and-drop editors · Monaco embedded, DSLs evaluated · on-prem builds (Electron) · SCADA/HMI or IIoT · AI tools on a real codebase.
tl;dr Plenty of places will pay you to build another dashboard. Here the data comes off a real machine, and someone on the floor is waiting on it.
